Once your rental is confirmed, we’ll prepare and ship your equipment through a shipping carrier. Your package will be dropped off with the carrier on the day before your rental start date to allow time for delivery. Your rental period begins on the scheduled start date. At the end of your rental, the equipment must be securely packaged and ready for carrier pickup the day after your rental end date. We’ll provide all necessary shipping and return instructions before your rental begins.

Yes. A security deposit may be required depending on the equipment being rented. The deposit is returned after the equipment is inspected and confirmed to be in good condition, subject to our rental terms.

Any damage, loss, or missing accessories may result in a deduction from your security deposit or additional charges, depending on the circumstances and our rental terms. Please notfify us via phone or email right away.

Extensions may be available depending on whether the equipment has already been booked by another customer. Contact us as soon as possible if you need additional time.

Cancellation terms vary depending on the booking. Contact us as soon as possible and we’ll let you know what options are available. If you order has already shipped, an additional return fee may apply.

Yes. We request sginatures upon delviery for the saftey and security of the equipment. 

Yes. Upon confirmation of your rental order, our team will reach out with next steps to verify your identity. We require all renters to be 18+ or age majority in province, as per our rental terms.
